Are You Ready For Peak Kiseki?

Wait, do my eyes deceive me, or did Falcom finally let Kevin out to play again? You know things are going to get spicy with everyone's favorite father in the mix! He's not alone either, representing Thors Class VII. Rean just has to have his best buddy Crow and his co-pilot Altina with him on a Calvard-themed adventure. It's hard to believe Rean has been missing for 2 games, but at least Fie has kept the Class VII spirit going in his absence! I do have one question, though: who had “Brave Orders” returning under the new name “Shard Command” on the bingo card?

In regards to combat there is a bit of a difficulty spike regarding some of the command battle encounters feeling a bit heavy on damage done. This is the first game where I have felt Aegis shield was a must in terms of slot-ins.

Honestly, I was not ready for the absolute decimation this entry was doing to my sanity and volume control when it came to how the story has shaped thus far. There were several, and I absolutely mean SEVERAL, instances where I broke down in a stuttering “Wait…” as I skimmed my screenshots folders for the previous games. There were nights I couldn't sleep because I was still processing what just happened. Take it from me: don’t let anyone spoil you on the events of this story that are about to unfold infront of you and let it hit you with all of its intensity!
