WTF ? Why is the game launching in Russian ?

Title says it all... When i launch the game it starts in Russian by default and there is no option to change it. How do i change it to English ?!

The game's language is determined by the language you machine is set in. The only reason it would play in Russian is if the language your computer is set in is Russian.

Just for information, I started to add the tag "No Language Selection" to those games that support multiple languages but don't let you choose between them from inside the game, and instead require that you change your OS language or some other OS localization setting.
I think it would be an useful information to look for, when checking out a game before a purchase, but sadly up until now it's only been used by me and a couple friends, so it doesn't show up for everyone.
If some of you also think it would be nice to be warned in advance in those cases, feel free to add that tag to such games, and maybe someday it'll become a public tag.. :)

Like so many other games/software, this doesn’t use the language, but rather the regional, settings to determine which language to show.
I am using an English version of Windows with German regional and keyboard settings and, of course, it shows in German rather than English. There needs to be a proper language selection when the game can’t distinguish between language and region.

Hello dear developer, what is wrong with you? Why is there no option to change the language? This is unbelievable!! Or at least give an advise how to make it work? Nothing?? Wow...

edit: Ok, found it myself: It's the option "format" under "regional settings" (first tab) that changes also the time and date display in windows .... it's not necessary to change the location option...
