Does anyone still have a copy or updated version of TPMeshEditor.exe?

After discovering the EF ModPack 2.6, and falling madly in love with it, it broke my heart to know that the mod has been out of action for a few years now and so my brother and I rolled up our sleeves and intended to add and/or modify some new ships , including adding the militarized Schooner for the navy, but to do this I seem to have understood that the TPMeshEditor.exe is needed but I don't know where to find it.... could you help me?
