Resolution problem

So I tried running the game and as soon as it get to the main menu it kicks me out to my desktop and I can't see anything. I have tried running it with Windows Service Pack 3 and 640x480. I have also tried running it in windowed mode by replacing Fullsceen in the UserProfiles.txt. That works but the screen is now 640x480 and I want to run it at 1920x1080. Any ideas?

you can change resolution by changing your userprofile file (.pft)

there should be four of these switch to the resolution desired and save
