This game is skirting dangerously close to the games it is mimicking, but I don't know how copyright or patent laws work regarding animation and attack patterns.
The youth have been trained to believe copyright is absolute and permanent. They don't understand that just because JK wrote Harry Potter, that doesn't prevent you from writing your own story about a Wizard school or magic society. Copyright protects specific works. It doesn't protect concepts or ideas.
I'll enver undersand kids that keep going with their "x game is a rip-of of y game!".
It's like these people going around screaming that everythings was a Fortnite or a Dark Soul copy.
Do you people never play any game? All game are inspired by other, and it's been the same since the start.
There is no such thing as a "new idea". What's more, you can't "rip off" a genre.
