Problem starting up wall-e

Hey Everyone, im having trouble starting up wall-e (after changing the video settings from the launch application) then when i start the actual game the window screen is black and a message comes up saying something like "cannot create the Direct3d device" anyone know how to fix this? im on windows 10 with a gtx 1070, and an intergrated intel hd graphics 530

Having the antialiasing x16 seems to be causing the issue, I dropped it to x8 and its working :)

oh i refunded the game back then so i didnt find a fix lol, if i get the game again ill try dropping antialiasing down

I'm not sure how to turn the antialiasing down, because it won't bring me to a place where I can change it. Can someone explain how to do it?

I'm also having the same trouble, after updating my graphics driver. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, keep having the same trouble. Any tips would be appreciated as my son loves playing this game. ;)

Hello All, I've just worked out what was wrong with mine and have it working.
Right you need to find the Wall-E GameSetup exe file which is in the game folder within steam to find it, go to steam folder on your HD open it, then steam apps, then common, scroll down to find it within the list of games, open the game folder, then open folder named Wall-E then scroll down to find GameSetup.exe click on that to open the game setting menu. My problem was the resolution was set too high for the game, changed it back to normal and hey pesto. ;)

get it now it has a 70& discount so its like 5 or 6$
