If you are seeing this message when you try to start a game, or at the start screen, you may need to disable your security/antivirus software while installing the game. If you are positive that your internet connection is working, then this is likely the issue. Please try disabling your antivirus, then reinstall the game.

If you're still having trouble with your antivirus disabled, please let us know.

I think it's a server issue as well. I was able to play just yesterday but today I've not been able to connect at all.

mmm maybe is a regional thing? If anyone got a solution that is different than antivirus block, please share

im also having trouble trying to connect to the servers, just bought it today as well ??
i think theres an issue with the servers

Internet is fine, adblock is disabled, tried everything, and bought it today...

Hope its a problem with the servers, really starting to tick me off

Ok, so i have disabled everything. Reinstalled the game with everything disabled but with no luck. I live in the Netherlands. Do you know anything I can do now to proceed playing the game with friends, Jackbox?

Unable to open Jackbox.TV. Internet is working, firewalls are down. Trying to go to Jackbox.TV just results in a blank page.

EDIT: Upon further inspection, I am able to open the page on my phone, but not on my PC.

I am still unable to connect, I have done everything I have seen suggested but still nothing, I was hoping to stream this but it's not working

my game is showing up on my mac and it will give me the room number but when i go jackbox.tv and type the room number and name in it says it is invalid?

Those who are having trouble connecting, can you please be more specific about what is happening? Is the game itself having trouble connecting, or the controllers? What is your ISP and region?

Hi. Sorry for being a noob and all, but I've opened my port 80, or so it says I did, yet it says that I haven't on the website on your help page for some reason. I'm using Telus. I've also disabled my firewalls and tried it like that. Sometimes I can connect to Jackbox services, and sometimes I can't for some reason. I also live in Canada, would that be a problem?

@ Bleazr It shouldnt be a problem but certain ISP's can be finnicky. How often are you having problems?

it's weird because only on the first day that i bought it i was having problems. it seems to be fine now for some reason though? oh well. very fun game!
