Fibbage vs Fibbage XL

hey guys. I recently played Fibbage with my family and got everyone addicted. So now I'm considering on getting the Jackbox party pack, which includes the XL. Now will this game "know" that I owned Fibbage and would display the newer questions? Or are they totally different sets of questions?

Also can you pretty please include Quiplash in the party pack :P. Also considering that too!
