You don't know jack problems

I just tried to play the you don't know jack game with my family, but had several problems that didn't occur with any other games or the second party pack. The you don't know jack game accepted my name into the game but I had the "everybody's in" stuck on my screen the entire game and I wasn't able to answer any questions while the rest of my family had no problems. The second problem was it said the winner was player 2 when the actual winner was player 4. I don't know how to fix this, please help! Thanks!
