Cross-platform play

Will the Jackbox Party Pack 5 be cross compatible between xbox one and PS4? My family lives some distance from me but i'd like to play with them but I am concirned our consoles wont allow us to play together because of how Xbox and Sony normally behave regarding crossplay.

Our games don't feature online matchmaking, they are local play only but you can stream your game to allow remote players to join.
