Unable to use cursor or tablet pen to draw on Drawful

Hey Dev Team,

A friend of mine came across this problem today and we were unable to fix it ourselves.

Our issue is very similar to the one posted here a year ago; in that they have a touchscreen and we found that worked but nothing else did: http://steamcommunity.com/app/331670/discussions/0/451850020334733845/

(They are running Windows 10) We tried all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), clearing the cookies, disabling the touchscreen via the device manager, restarting the computer and sadly none of it rectified it.

*Edit*: Sorry I forgot to add that this is a recent issue, when we played in November 2016 this wasn't an issue and nothing has changed since then outside of manditory updates for their computer.
