Carmageddon TDR2000 on Windows 10

I need help running this game, it ran fine the last time I played but now the menu textures and hud are all glitchy and broken. I've verified integrity and checked out most guides on how to get this game to run on Windows 10 but none of them have worked for me. Any ideas?

my current specs are:
I7-14700K
4070TI Super
32GB's of RAM 6000CL36
games being ran off a SSD

tricky game to run, it was meant for Windows XP. Try changing some options

This game doesn't support windows running in multimonitor mode, the main menu be scaled as if it is rendering across both but only size the fullscreen window to the display selected.
