Sim still can’t eat cooked food | New patch #3 does not work?

Hi all,

A new Patch has recently been released showing that the bug has been fixed where Sims could no longer eat prepared food.

However... my Sim still can't eat prepared food? The following tip is given ''In these cases, please try starting a fresh save as the game won't be able to correct the corruption, and working with corrupted saves may lead to unexpected behavior.'' What is meant by that?

Is there anyone here who did manage to fix the problem with their own Sim?
I have tried many things like removing Sim with 'boolprop' etc. Help me out!

It means, delete your Sims 2 Legacy Folder inside your documents folder.

I was able to fix this issue by using SimPE to delete a bunch of tokens in the Sims memories related to food and also a bunch related to stars and picking grown food.
