Sims 2 Legacy Scrolling Issue

I've seen others on FB have this issue, but they were playing UC. All of a sudden, the automatic scrolling in the neighborhood and lots isn't working even when the edge scrolling option is on. Using the center mouse button to move around the screen works but is kind of annoying as you have to click on the proper spot or you could end up way further than you want to be. Anyone else having a scrolling issue? How can I fix it?

I have also had this issue. Actually started yesterday. Anyone have any idea how to fix this. I used to think the autoscroll thing was bothersome, now that I haven't been able to use it I realize I need it. Please help.

I think everyone is having the issue since yesterday's patch. I can't be certain of that, of course, but there are many posts. I think it's related to the change in how the game handles the display resolution.

I have been holding the right mouse button and dragging the screen around as a temporary solution. It takes a bit to get used to, but at least I can play while waiting for the next patch.

Same here! and the windows are to little i cant see anything

Same issue since yesterday's patch. And resolution got changed so everything is way too tiny on screen.

Good, it isn't just me then lol

I thought it might have been some of the CC I had installed again since one gave me an issue LAST week and I had to remove it. Yeah, I've been doing the right mouse click but I miss the scrolling

Ah well, I guess we have no choice but to wait this one out. Thanks all

I'm using the keys w, s, a, d to scroll while the edge scrolling is not functioning.

Also can't see my mouse cursor when using the track pad on steam deck now.

I'm guessing it's the switch to a border-less window that's causing this, there's probably a way to force it to revert back to the old full-screen mode.

Edge scrolling has not worked for me since the 3/14 update. I have ensured edge scrolling is enabled and saved changes. Rebooted my pc, checked for updates on steam, and rebooted the game. Still no fix.
