Where is it? Nowhere to be found. I need it so bad cuz the game doesn't allow me to edit sims like BodyShop!! Help

I can get sims creator to start but it doesn't save. Celebrity just says sims isn't installed. I figured it has some thing to do with calling for registry entries that don't exists
