They put out a patch today, and at least they're supporting the game,. People have no idea how huge it really is.
They have released a product inferior to one that on hand a number of people have owned and played with for a little over a decade while also giving to people who may not have ever touched these games before a far worse experience than what it was previously.
The fact that this is a big game with all sorts of moving parts to it that probably would only be rivaled by any given Bethesda title in the last thirty years is not an excuse. Yeah it's rough to the devs that from the release of this product forward it's nothing but complaints, bug reports, and so much more. I don't blame the devs though.
I blame EA for clearly not putting in the effort they have shown themselves capable of when handling a release like this in the past for a game franchise that has raked them in lodes-o-money.
This isn't some needless ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ whining and moaning, a literal better product exists that you can't legally buy. This is a service issue and EA is clearly aware of the effects of their poor service issues because they are cracking down on sites that cater to those wanting a better service.
