cant move household
i move my family from the old house to the bin and when i go to a new neighborhood and try to move them into a new home that i made for them they dont show up in the sims bin i cant find a solution to this problem i wanna move from belladonna cove to riverblossom hills also my dog ran away i called the police to report him missing and they never reported back

You can't move a family between neighborhoods.

Yes but you need to evict the family first.
