My sim makes food, and it immediately disappears

Title, only started happening after the new update.

They wrote in the patch: "Sims could be unable to eat cooked food", I have the same problem, love making a business with foods but now its useless. But I figured out some foods still work, so Im cooking those till its fixed. Spagetti, Hawaiitoast and cereals work for me.

I didn't have it before the update. I took it as they fixed the bug where they were unable to eat cooked food because they put it under the "Fixed Issues:" portion.

Eh, hopefully they fix it next patch. I'm not able to eat spaghetti, or anything I try to make really. Haven't tried everything though.

Could barely play the game before, newest update makes the game crash before I can even play my family

Mine was broken before the update. It's still broken now, unfortunately.

mine has been doing that since it first came out i didn't notice till my sim was out of collage. i cant cook it just stops working the animation cancels.

This is happening to me too, hopefully this gets fixed soon. My sims are only able to eat chips, cookies, and pizza, and when I try to let them make macaroni or spaghetti they they stop mid action and it disappears.
