No neighborhoods
The game finally launches for me but there are no neighborhoods to choose from and when I go to make a custom neighborhood it won't let me do anything. Anyone else have this problem?

I just bought the collection and I'm seeing the same thing. The funny part is is that I think I recall this being an issue back in the cd-rom era
