It'd be more interesting for someone like me who doesn't already have it, although I do recall having the Ultimate Collection on EA Store when they gave it away so technically, I dont think I really have a reason to buy this either other than for the sake of having it on Steam.
The physical disc versions of the game won't work anymore, they use SafeDisc and later expansions use SecuROM, these are drivers that aren't compatible with Windows 10/11. Unless you allow these drivers to run on your computer (which I don't recommend) or run the games in a virtual machine (either an older version of Windows like XP or 7, or allow these drivers to work).
So this is really the only way to play The Sims 1 and 2 today.
