Can you go on vacation?

The loading screen for the chosen hotel runs endlessly, anyone else having the problem?

I closed the game through the task manager while it was loading and thought restarting would save it. Now I can't get to my family who are on vacation because of the loading.

I have the same issue, tried closing the game several times over the task manager, loading into another household first and then into mine.... Still stuck in vacation home loadingscreen.

I also have the bug on other maps, in the city center...

same issue. I just fixed the 'pet come home from work' bug and now the vacation bug :( so frustrating

i was trying to get back home from a community lot and got stuck in endless loading... after i closed the game and loaded back my sim was gone from the world all together. i lost all my progress :(

I have the same issue after returning to a hotel now my save won't load

I was playing the Pleasant household--cannot get the Far East vacation world to load at all, just an endless loop with sound effects going on in the background. These bugs are really making it impossible to enjoy this version of the game...

Same problem here... I can travel to community lots while on vacation, but once I try to go back to the acomodation I get stuck on the loading screen, even though I can still hear my Sims. To be able to play again with the family you can delete the vacation world, so your family will be forced back home.

It's a shame it's happening, because Bon Voyage was my favorite Sims 2 pack...
