DirectX 9 error, launching in window mode doesn't work.

As the title says, I've also tried running as administrator, experimenting with compatibility settings etc, installing DX9 and 11. Also tried reinstalling my game but I just don't know what to try anymore.

Hi there! you want to go to properties through steam on your game and add -w to your launch options. Your game will load but may be a black screen for a minute or two, but after it should work fine (:

It works only in low resolution (640x480) and you can't change it in the game. Sadly, it is far from working fine.
