My Sim is stuck in a business

After I ordered all the coworkers of the business to go back home touching that option to do it so through that business sign, the Sim keeps calling them to leave the bar he is running (although everyone has left). He is completely stuck in the bar, and he doesn't even die with all needs red! Is there something I can do or is there any place here on Steam or somewhere where I can report this situation?

I don't know what to do if it's a new bug, but I experienced something similar in TS2 Ultimate Collection once and found that it was bcs the phone was ringing on the lot.
When I either answered the phone or deleted it the problem was solved.
I don't know if that will solve your problem, but you can try and otherwise rapport the bug to EA so they can take a look.

Aconteceu isso no meu save também, quando coloco para ir para casa e encerrar o expediente meu sim manda os trabalhadores e compradores embora porém fica travado nessa ação infinitamente, fazendo com que todos os status fiquem no vermelho e mesmo assim nada acontece, meu sim fica apenas apitando e andando mandando todos embora, depois disso não consigo cancelar a ação e não consigo sair do lote e voltar para casa.

Try this:
Press Control+Shift+C to open the cheat console. Type in (without quotations) "boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true", then shift+click on your sim and choose the option Reset. That might fix the issue. If that doesn't work, then shift+click on the sign and reset it. I hope that will work for you. When done, type in the same cheat but change true to false to turn off the cheat.
