The Sims™ 2 Legacy Collection

The Sims™ 2 Legacy Collection

It still worth buying this game?
inZOI came out. But I feel this game is still worth giving a try. I never played The Sims 2 on PC, I only played The Sims 2 on the PS2, PSP and NDS. But I was wondering, it still worth buying even a full price?

Full price might be a bit steep if you're not already a classic PC TS2 fan, but it's worth getting in general.

It's good value. You get a nearly fully expanded game at $30. inZOI is still fairly new so it won't have all the things right away.

So totally agree

Personally, Inzoi doesn't have what I'm looking for in this kind of game and the realism makes it too weird for me, not to mention the use of AI in the game. If there's a game that becomes a sims-killer out there, it's going to be Paralives, imo.

Lol Paralives isn't out yet. 2025 and we're in 2025 already.

Yes sims 2 is definitely worth it if you are interested in playing a realistic life sim game this game is still the best at simulating family, friendship and romance it's also the only life sim I know that is really good at simulating what living together feels like. Inzoi is an ok life sim game it doesn't really have much to offer in terms of gameplay and it's much easier to play, I have about 70 hours in inzoi (including the demo) and I never felt challenged in the slightest but if you are new to life sim games in general you might want to start with and easy one. However inzoi also has many annoying bugs meanwhile everything that could possible annoy you can be modded out of sims 2 and there's tons of mods and custom content since the sims 2 community is still alive and well.

Paralives looks incredible ugly imo and I doubt that it could ever come close to the sims in popularity, inzoi is already popular in korea and china so we at least know that it will come out of early access.
