In case it's helpful to the engineers patching the game, I've tried running this in 1080p, 1440p and 4k. Also used NVidia control panel to cap FPS at 60, 120, and uncapped.
PC Specs
- i9 13900k
- RTX 4090 (MSI Trio)
- Running Windows 11
- that being said, I've also tried running this on Pop!_OS with Proton on steam
- Installed on the same drive as my OS -- Samsung 980 Pro 2TB NVME
- 64 GB DDR5 - Speed: 5200 - CAS Latency: 40 -- (Corsair Dominator Platinum)
I'm happy to send over my save file or try anything out if it helps debug the issues. Please reach out to me if I can help in any way.I've got so much nostalgia for this game :) Been trying to play the Sims 1.
