game keeps crashing

no houses on the map, cant create any families and sometimes it wont even start the game

Getting crashes here too. Was playing earlier and went to magic town, My Sim had a full bar of energy but the music that plays when you pass out kept playing, over, and over. Very strange audio bug. And when I got back home it crashed to desktop with no error.

Is anyone else having issues with the dog bath? I've been trying to bathe my dog, but every time the dog shows up for her bath, my sim drains the bathtub and doesn't even start the bathing animation.

I also have the same problem. There are no houses on the site. You can't select a city, the game immediately freezes. Sometimes it won't start at all.

Sometimes it will load to the empty Pleasantville but every time crashes when try to create a family or do anything. It's unplayable for me

after playing this game for several times, my game crashed when the character married. I tried to save it right after married so it won't crash, but then after marriage, when I click the spouse, it appears as 'Praise' or 'Shoo'. Lol. And then it crashed again.

I'm having the same issue. The game loads to an empty pleasanview, cannot change neighborhoods or create family. Game crashes within a minute.

Here is a fix For the neighborhood being empty and crashing when you want to create a sim :
1. Go to the directory where you have installed The Sims
2. Copy the folders :
UserData
UserData2
UserData3
UserData4
UserData5
UserData6
Userdata7
UserData8
3. Open the file search and go to C: > Users > select your name > saved games > Electronic Arts > The Sims 25
4. Paste the folders in The Sims 25

vale me ha pasado lo de que cuando entro me sale 0 y no me deja crear familias ni nada hice esto:
1. Go to the directory where you have installed The Sims
