The Sims™ Legacy Collection

The Sims™ Legacy Collection

Broken Neighborhood?
Everytime I open the game and enter the neighborhood screen, there's no houses at all, just blank land. Whenever I try to move to a different location or switch neighborhoods, it crashes. I have an Acer Nitro 17, so it should be enough to run the game without issues. Is anyone having this issue?

1. Go to where you installed the game. If you don't know for certain, right click your game on steam, go to local files, then click on browse.
2. Copy the folders :
UserData
UserData2
UserData3
UserData4
UserData5
UserData6
Userdata7
UserData8
3. go to C: > Users > YOUR USERNAME> saved games > Electronic Arts > The Sims 25
4. Paste the folders in here.

thank you this was exactly what I needed to know it apears it won't put them in the right spot if there isnt enough space on the c drive to begin with which should be an easy fix for me as the game otherwise seam to run fine.
i resolve the problem using this method but after 60 hours it happened again but this time i can't make it works again, so i just lost all the families too, but my buildings are there

this seams to be patially atleast a storage issue. on my end it aears to be the case at least.
BTW if you want to, you can copy and paste the userdata folders and make new ones by entering 9, or higher.

well in my own case its a matter of getting a new ssd with more space and transfering the operating system and all system files over to that new ssd. and then go from there.
