The moment I found out the original sims were coming to Steam, I was all but excited to play my childhood game again (Even though I still have the original discs but never got them to work on my Win. 10 PC). What we got was nothing but UI scaling issues, constant performance bugs and non-stop crashes. As a lifetime Sims fan it pains me to say it, but until EA fixes the problems, I'm gonna avoid the game like the plague.
The Sims is their most popular and important IP so they're legally obligated to patch their games if they contain bugs and glitches.
