In The Sims 1, there is a bug where if I build a swimming pool inside the house and the active Sim enters the water, they get a red marker, and a red bar appears in the menu as well. The moment the Sim exits the pool, everything returns to normal, and the marker turns green.

Pools were never supposed to be indoors in the sims 1 in the first place
