Tutorial cannot continue

My game opens but no family appears and when I enter the tutorial house it gives an error saying "the tutorial encountered an error and could not continue. Go to Play Options and select Reset Tutorial." And I reset it but the same thing happens again. Has anyone had a problem like this and solved it? It looks like I played the game for 60 minutes, but that's all I spent trying to fix the problem

I have the same problem started for me after I did a fresh clean Install of the game as well

Ok I found the fix you just have to change the Screen Resolution in the Compatibility Settings and get it to Run in 640 x480 or you can try another Resolution and see where that goes instead I only tried it only on this Screen Resolution

The tutorial is fixed with the new update now
