Bug report: children taken
My kids were taken because they coudn't understand my parenting methods. So, i quited the game without saving and reloaded it. The household came back to the moment i started playing it, BUT, without my kids. Looks like the game saved the "child gone" event and not the rest.

quit game makes kinda the game save. soort of. alt+f4 can also help for next time. the school grades need to be okey and they need to go to school wenever they need to. if they miss to manny school days. (hollidaynot included) Otherwise they can be taken away.

Yeah but the thing is: after quitting without saving, i came back to when my game started (new house, new life) but the kids were nowhere to be found as they were already taken. Like if i just lost them without anything happening. They are even present in the loading screen pic, but not in the lot

Just like i said. Pressing quit wil save parts of the game. To troll the player that there is no turning back. You can only prevent it by pressing altf4 before the kids are compleatly taken.

Never believe a game does not save when there is only the word quit.

The only thing you can try is to move out your family to an other lot. But that is something you probably already tried because that is an old fix to almost everything from sims2, 3 and 4

Damn, i've played this game since its release and never realized that.. i really thought it was a bug.
Anyway, i created another family and my kids are now forced to study and dance salsa when not studying. Living the dream!
