My game keeps crashing all the time

My game keeps crashing all the time, I can't play more than 1 or 2 minutes... I just can't play at all and that's problematic 'cause I really want to play :/

1. I enter the game, my Sim goes to work, cooks something to eat and then "CRASH";
2. I start the game again, and this time my Sim goes to work, paints something, calls a neighbor and "CRASH";
3. I enter (again) in the game and like 5 or 10 seconds after "CRASH"
4. My Sims goes to work, came back from work, I decided to save my game and "CRASH"

I really don't understand.. I already uninstalled the game 2 times and nothing changes. I can't stay more that 1 or 2 minutes in game, that's horrible...

what hardware are you playing on?

grapics card, what windows version, resolution of your screen. because with just yea my game crashes. is not really helpfull on its own.

I have an nvidia geforce rtx 3070, windows 10, and play on 1080x1920. the game works like a charm with maybe a bug here and there but not really any crashes yet.
i bought it on the EA app (for the sims 4 kit we also get) but that game program does not have a forum so i'm looking here for bugs and issues.

Not the OP but having the same issues with crashing. I'm running AMD Ryzen 5 3600, rtx 3070, 16gb ram, windows 10. 2440 resolution. I had very few issues for maybe the first 2-3 hours playing and now i can't go more than 2 minutes without a crash.

I was crashing immediately on a 3060M.

I had to change the program to default to using integrated graphics in Nvidia control panel and now the game works perfectly for me.
