Yeah, it's quite sad that the graphics are not updated, as the sims creation system, but it has no object limit, more families and more content in general. A simple anti-aliasing could smooth everything, and I guess ReShaders can do that (never tried), tho.

About the levels / scenarios, sadly I have no idea. I never ever have seen a mod like that, but I'm not used to find mods to Sims1 either, so maybe it's possible to mine gold out there.
