Can't live stream the game while open Vtuber studio

I want to do the live stream Sim1 with Vtuber model in OBS, but OBS can't even find the Sim1 in game capture option. I have to capture the whole screen. And when I go out of the game to check the streaming connection. the game capture screen turned black. And can't stream while open Vtuber Studio.
and another complaint, the in-game interface is too small for nowadays screen. It hurt my neck just to look at the interface bar. Im sure if someone play this game for too long, they could have office syndrome. Plz fix these problem.
