Pets??

I can’t seem to find any pet stores (apart from small animals) to adopt a cat or dog from? Tried building a lot myself however I also can’t seem to even purchase an adoption display. I thought pets were included with the Unleashed DLC or am I missing something?

You can buy pets from public lot in the center of the map.
