Scaling issue (tiny UI) with 1080p displays

I've tested this extensively and discovered that UI scaling is broken when running 1920x1080.
Running at higher resolutions makes the UI scale up so it's not teeny tiny, but running at native 1080p makes the UI tiny.

@EA can you please fix the faulty UI scaling @ 1080p?

**EDIT: As of 4th March, EA have responded to this issue and have advised they're actively working on it, which is awesome news!

for my works solution 7 helped me, but in the video it says that you have to set it to Nividia High Proformance, but that didn't work, so I set it to power saving Intelr and then my game starts. Maybe it will help you too.

Not true! I play at 1440p and it's all completely black around the map. Also completely GREEN when creating a Sim! When in fact it's supposed to be blue. The UI needs to be updated for all resolutions. And they need to add a GUI Scaling option to the games settings.

Unfortunately the 1080p UI scaling issue remains unresolved with patch #3.
Additionally, the '-maxaspect: 4:3' launch option does absolutely nothing on my system @ 1080p (aka the game remains at 16:9 even with the 4:3 launch option added).

Same here, I entered in launch options. and maxaspect does nothing. I play at 1440p

This worked for me (without space)
But doesn't solve the 1080p UI scaling issue.
