The Sims™ Legacy Collection

Where do you install skins and custom content?
Fortunately, a lot of content on old fan websites are still accessible via the Internet Archive. My particular favorite is 7 Deadly Sims and nearly all of the content during those days were uploaded server side so they're still able to be downloaded. Though I'm wondering where I would go about installing custom content into the game.

I purchased this game so I could have a digital copy and I bought it on Steam as opposed to the EA App because it'll be nice to play on my Steam Deck. I already own the "Complete Collection" on disc, but it's nice having a digital copy as well.

Also, has anyone found a work around to changing the screen resolution size like in "The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection?"

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims Legacy Collection\GameData

Not 100% sure if it'll work but the game data folder holds the folders for Skins.. Objects etc so possibly could be in there but haven't tried myself !!

It worked as expected. Though I am honestly surprised EA didn't launch this game with the creation tools that came with the Complete Collection.

I wonder if you can download them from the Internet Archive and if they'd be compatible with this version of the game.

Oh well, I bought this so I could have a digital copy of the game and to be able to play the game on my Steam Deck. I still have the disc copy of the game with the Complete Collection.
