Game will not load

I just got the game. I changed my graphics and also went into the NVIDIA and changed the settings in that too. I restarted my computer and nothing happened. Is there anything else I should be doing or is there no chance and I have to wait until a patch comes out?

Change your resolution to 1280x720 or 800x600, launch the game, once you are in the menu and everything loads, you can quit the game, change the resolution back to your original one and it should launch properly now.

Please help me, i cannot run the game. I downloaded from Steam for 25th year bundle "The Sims Legacy" bu i cannot run the game. How can I fix it? Please Help. I have windows11 and nvdia geforce 4070. I gave 40 dollars. Please help. The Sims 2 is running but "The Sims Legacy" cannot running.
