Bought the $40 Birthday Bundle and nothing works....
I've spent the past 4 hours searching every forum, asking every question, talking to EA support (and they're useless), and still...neither game works. The Sims Legacy gets an error saying The Sims data cannot be found, and The Sims 2 Legacy launches and then freezes on the loading screen. I'm just so disappointed. I'm a stay at home mom, I never buy myself anything, I never ask for anything. I just wanted to play the Sims like I did when I was 13...

how sad to hear this, hope they launch an update soon to fix eveything in these games for us

I'm in the same vote sadly. Was so excited to launch Sims 1 for the first time in 20 years only for the game to not even launch at all and NOBODY has any idea how to fix the issue for PC's

Refund it if it does not work
Never double think it

It works fine for me on Intel UHD EA App version
I need to test it on my desktop PC when I come back from vacation
