Report a translation problem
The only solution I found is changing the resolution of your windows 10/11 to 800x600, then launching the game. Then map is really fulscreen and you can read text during gameplay
Does it change other games if Im going to change the properties in steam? Or is only Sims affected on this one?

Because it's essentially a static 4:3 image. Once you get into the game it's widescreen. Why is this so difficult lol? Like the dude said, change your launch options to -w -r1920x1080 (or whatever you use) then alt+enter to go between borderless/windowed/maximized window. It's really not that hard guys. Literally the exact same thing you do with SimCity 3000 on Steam.
