Delete Save Files

I accidentally started the game in English but I wish to generate the neighborhoods again in my desired language. I completely deleted the UserData folders but the game still loads as if the saves are still there which is somewhat mystifying to me (the folders are not restored either). I tried looking for save files in app data and My Games folders but can't find anything, any help appreciated.

Edit: I also uninstalled the game and upon installing again it still acts like the game had already been started before (it doesn't mention generating stuff for any expansion)

The save files are located on the "Saved Games" folder on your Windows User profile folder (%USERPROFILE%).
Deleting the User Data folders directly was... problematic. But I then uninstalled the game, deleted all "TheSims25" data, reinstalled and then it worked and now the families generated with their names in my chosen language

Well, I deleted the data because I was having a bug in my game It won't even boot now.

agreed... I am having this problem now its so frustrating. i uninstalled it deleted all files manually then reinstalled it and it will not install all the files like the first time...

yeah i have tried everything i can think of to make it work and no luck
