In reality, max ATK+AP is 9031 - Alistair with Wand, but it's slow, and can't kill whole waves. So, more realistically, top ATK+AP is 6630 AOE from Kangarang. Top armor grows as 5/4*lvl, so lvl 7225 (wave 106875) is absolutely unkillable, and lvl 5304 (wave 78060) is unkillable by aoe. But in reality, ofc, the end would be much sooner. Since Cecilia (as the hardest boss) hp grow much faster - ~10000hp*lvl, and armor grows as ~21/20*lvl rate, I'm pretty sure that at some point she would be simply unkillable, and battle would rely too much on luck - whether she (or her copies) use her big attack or not. Hard to count when it can happen, but I'm pretty sure way before normal enemies start to be unkillable :) But probably it's somewhere in 30000-ish waves.
Anyway, thank you for the answer, now I don't have to spend another 50h to get 5000 more waves for nothing xD
