Shutting down Question

Will it still be playable or will the game be just unavailable to even play at all as in the complete removal?

99 percent sure when it shuts down it's gone. Phoenix Labs originally said if there was a fear of shutting down, they would look for a way to keep it going offline. But that was original Phoenix, who actually put effort into the game. I doubt Forte would even glance at the idea.

wow thats awful...welp if it turns out to be the case then my bank will accept my dispute so i get my refund for my purchases :D

Yes according to the release. It states the game will no longer be playable after May 29th

I think the only way this game could have been a offline game would either to be a pure solo game with P2P connection when wanna play online.

However with the Awakening Update even if it would have turned into an Offline game there would have nothing been left so only a Pre-Awakening version would make sense so that we would have all our stuff back otherwise what´s the point to play this hull of a former game with just a handfull of weapons if the (current) devs drop any development anyways so that nothing new gets added anymore?
