Can't unlock next race?

I've played the game for a while now, and I've done every white marker on the map (except Ramone's), but I'm still 110/40 trophies and it won't unlock the next race. Does anyone know how to solve this? I've also gone around the map looking for new markers or missions, but they haven't changed.

Unfortunately, another user had the same problem but it seems to be random.

Have you played Motor Speedway of the South? Or have you also played Sheriff's Hot Pursuit minigame? And what next race your trying to complete?

I've played the first race that takes 15 trophies, but the second race wont work :/
I've played some of sheriff's hot pursuit, but not all of it.

Sooooooooooo. It turns out, is because you didn't go into a different area... Yeah, you were supposed to be going at Ornament Valley, as there is a white dot in there (race).
When you go in Story Mode again, make a right turn immediately and keep going forward.

Where's ornament valley again? I haven't seen the movie or played the game in years lol
