Change language to English?

Title.

I launch the game on steam and it's in disgusting Spanish. I say disgusting because it's terribly translated as they probably asked whatever AI to translate it all from English and didn't bother to check. That being said, I tried adding some launch options on the game like the "-culture" or the "-language" options and none worked out, so here I am asking if anyone can help me out because I'd like to play this on steam and not off-steam. Thank you.

Within the game, on settings (the gear icon) you can select both written and spoken language, then it will prompt you to restart the game. No idea though on how to change it before starting an account,

That might be the place then. Because since I'm in Spain, the ISPs ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and can't login without a VPN. I'll check if that is the place later when I have a moment to plug in the VPN.

Sadly you have to finish the intro in spanish. Had the same problem with german. Afterwards you can change the language in the settings

Are the Spanish and German translations really that bad? Because the English localisation is really good.
