Anyone had issue with weapon banner?

I lost 6 time in 7 tries in the supposedly 75/25 weapon banner.
Im more like 14/86, wtf

It's actually a normal rate for the most part, but it becomes a 50/50 at the roll number 70. Now, if you get the gun before that, the counter resets back to 70.

For dolls it's the same but the counter is at 80.

Weapons are not 50/50, they are 75/25, My concern is not the number of pulls to get the SSR but the chances to win the limited banner which should be 3 in 4 chances, but I lost 6 times in a row in 7 tries. Thats not normal and thats not it should work

o once get weapon from weapon baner and was planeta for machiato weapon baner.
