This game would be amazing

If it was a single player, X-Com Difficulty, with these characters.

The Always online, Auto Play, never having to touch your mouse, go drink your coffee, is the lamest S--- ive ever seen. it's such a colossal let down, as I'm writing this, Im using "energy' and "my team is playing itself" clearing a mission without me even needing to be there.

Such a let down, really.

Try "Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery" which is also on Steam.
Its also set in the Girls Frontline Universe and its exactly what you want:
X-Com like, no gacha, not always online, good story, good music, difficulty is fine too. No auto gameplay and requires some brain usage
