Is Makkiato V1 worth pulling for Ice Teams? Should I recruit Tololo from 260 selection as I have Planeta?

I'd say V1 Makkiato is just good in general, not just for ice teams, and yes Tololo is an easy pick since you have her gun

Machiatto v1 is a strong pick that doesn't rely on support. QJ works fine at v0 but at v3 works better with fire supports, so if you're planning on picking up Vector and her stupid gun, that's also worth considering. Tololo is merely decent currently, eventually when Springfield shows up she'll be a lot better but that requires v2.

The game is extremely easy. You don't need to worry about the meta or V1+ unless you want to do funsmokes and PVP.

But Klukai is your best pick right now, at any V.
