short review

So since the steam version STILL hasnt launched and I'm pretty sure nobody has said ♥♥♥♥ about it I'm just gonna leave my review of the game here since I am now done with the game.

The gameplay is alright, nothing too special but not bad, the bossfights have actual mechanics you need to interact with to either win at all or beat them faster which is very rare for gacha games so big thumbs up there.

The gacha is just about as bad as it gets, complete garbage bottom of the ocean rates you would typically only see on the biggest games that are very confident you'll play it regardless.

The main story was a pretty decent experience I think somewhere in the middle of chapter 2 I started caring and ended up reading story through to the end minus a few pointless dialogues and pre-combat irrelevant yapping. Event story, however, was, as usual, of no interest and makes you happy there is a skip button.

Now on to why I would or would not recommend this game:
This is one of those gacha games that gives you a total of about 10 minutes of gameplay A WEEK once you are past the first few days, I think I beat the story on day 3, and minus the boss fight mode which I actually had to try a little on everything was able to be done on auto. I ended up sticking around for a week more and the account xp progress is already so excruciatingly slow that pretty much nothing happens ever. If you want a gacha game to not have to play pretty much at all which I'm told some people actually like I guess this is for you but I like games that you can actually play. Also as a final add-on I want to mention that this is yet another game where the global server is way behind cn so literally everything that happens in the future is already spoiled so there is nothing to look forward to.

Which makes Sense. Because this is Generally how such Mobile Games keep People Active.

Well sure. I can also Look up a Summary, Walkthrough, Guide etc. For pretty much every Single Game, Movie, Book etc out there unless I effectively Binch it on Day 1.
And sometimes even that is not Early enough because Press Release and Streamers already got it some Days Earlier and are through it before its Released.
So Sorry. But thats on You.
If You cannot Resist looking it up and Spoiling Yourself. Then that is your Problem.
And if You consider that a Problem then its a Problem for every Single Game, Movie, Book etc out there.

A Single Event Lasts 1 Month. And You are basicly Complaining that in a Quarter of that Time You aint going to Unlock everything in the Game....

Oh God, you are the type of guy that will cry just because someone doesn't like the game you do for very valid reasons and starts progressing into insults when it's clear he can't win the argument. Pathetic. As i am not a children's daycare employee and am thus not getting paid for this I shan't be entertaining you further. Get well soon.

So TLDR You are willing to Call out and Insult other Peoples Preferences claiming they aint Playing Real Games just because they Disagree with your Unfounded Claims. But when You get a Matching Answer You get Offended and Start being Insulting before Running Away from the Argument.

just because there are a few worse ones out there doesn't mean this one is good, we should expect better.

I've played a plethora of gachas and GFL2's gacha is quite literally not bad at all, as I've said before it doesn't take long to gain pulls

it's not on the same level of generous as azur lane or blue archive, both games not providing much gameplay-wise so having to make up for it with generosity, but it's quite literally around the golden standard of (not-mobile-only) gachas

unless you're a gambling addict or are wanting to completely max out a character and their weapon, I see no issue with the gacha
