i have an account from day 1 in Hao Play server and play it from official pc launcher, but when i try to log in with steam he want to start from 0, i tried all log in method (and logged in succesfuly), someone else have the same problem or know how to solve it?

From what people have mentioned you have to make sure that you are on the correct server to be able to access your account.
So from the login screen after you have launched the game, click the globe/earth icon on the left side and from there change to the correct server. It's automatically set to Asia, so if you are on Global you have to set it to that there.
